Sean Kingston rapper arrested “without incident” in Fort Irwin, California, on various fraud and theft charges.

Sean Kingston rapper, who famously collaborated “Eenie Meenie” with Justin Bieber in his debut album back in 2010, arrested in California following a SWAT raid on his rented South Florida mansion. Reportedly, Sean Kingston, originally known as Kisean Anderson, was arrested “without incident” in Fort Irwin, California. He will be booked into a San Bernadino jail on a number of fraud and theft charges.

According to a number of reports, Kingston’s mother Janice Turner was arrested on same charges of fraud and theft following a raid at a residence in Southwest Ranches, Florida. The 61 year-old Turner was arrested on Thursday on numerous charges as we mentioned above.

A contract was agreed upon by the two parties which outlined that Sean Kingston rapper would make $30,000 down payment before initiating second payment of $47,827.16 and make a social media promotional video of around $38,000.

At the end, rapper will receive 232-inch colossal TV and sound system for only about $77,827.16 which is $33,000 lesser than original price. But tragically, Sean Kingston failed to make even second payment and promotional video as agreed upon by the two sides in the agreement.

Rosenblatt said that, “we are aware of some of the allegations” against the two. “We look forward to addressing these in court and are confident of a successful resolution for Shawn and his mother,” Rosenblatt said.

Following the initial raid and his mother’s arrest, Kingston took to social media to defend himself. “People love negative energy!” he posted to Instagram. “I am good and so is my mother! My lawyers are handling everything as we speak.”
