Morgan Wallen arrested for allegedly throwing chair from rooftop bar

Country music star Morgan Wallen spent his Sunday night in jail after he threw a chair from the rooftop of a Broadway bar.

According to an Morgan Wallen arrested affidavit, 30 year old country music star Morgan Wallen was on the roof of the Chief’s around 10:45 p.m. A number of witnesses watched him pick up a chair, throw it over the roof and laugh about it. Pretty savage indeed but concerning at the same time as Two officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department were below on Broadway and said chair landed three feet from them.

The Affidavit states that the Nashville Police spoke to all the witnesses, bar staff and reviewed all the security footage obtained from various CCTV cameras placed inside and outside the Chief’s bar. These all the sources confirmed alleged actions of the Morgan Wallen and as a result termed Country music star Morgan Wallen arrested.

Morgan Wallen arrested and booked only after 12:30 a.m. He is charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor. He posted a bond of $15,250 and was released from Davidson County jail around 3:30 a.m.

Morgan Wallen’s attorney Worrick Robinson released the following statement regarding country music star’s arrest

“At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.”

Additionally, Chief’s is owned by fellow country music star Erich Church and it has recently celebrated its grand opening over the weekend. Not only this, Morgan Wallen is due in court on May 3 which day 2 of his performances scheduled at Nissan Stadium.
