The animated origin story now stars Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree and Scarlett Johansson
Transformers one Origin Story
The greatest rivalry between the Autobot leader Optimus Prime and his deadly rival Megatron will hit the big screen this September in Transformers One. Stars like Chris Hemsworth and Brian Tyree are voicing the two characters of friends turned enemies. The main trailer for Transformers One establishes the vibe for the Cybertron-set experience, with Prime (then, at that point, known as Orion Pax) and Megatron being really friendly in a mate parody sort of way.
“You could not make this movie live-action, If we did it in live-action it would cost twice what we normally would spend on a big Transformers movie.” ~ Transformers movie series producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura
But at the same time Paramount Pictures promised to explain the full story of Optimus Prime and Megatron. The Transformers One will explain how the pair devolve from brothers-in-arms to sworn enemies. So you must expect plenty of drama in the industrial feature. Though Optimus Prime and Megatron’s early life have been many a times discussed in animated series and comic books but Transformers One appears to be an original take on their shared original story.
The first trailer for ‘TRANSFORMERS ONE’ has been released.

Josh Cooley, the former Pixar artist and screenwriter who directed Toy Story 4, is helming Transformers One. Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, who co-wrote Ant-Man and the Wasp and Hulu’s No Exit, penned the script.
