The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth gaming chair

DXRacer has created a Final Fantasy VII Rebirth gaming chair. The collaboration was announced through X (formerly Twitter).

The chair is from the DXRacer Drifting series and is customized with logos and artwork of the latest entry into the Final Fantasy series. The back of the chair has Cloud’s Buster Sword printed onto it, while the front of the chair has the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth logo, with the character icons for the various party members printed underneath it (the fist icon represents Tifa, the minigun for Barrett, etc.).

Like many DXRacer chairs, this one comes with a cooling gel foam headrest, adjustable armrests, a reclining backseat, a memory foam lumbar pillow, and PU QuietCaster wheels.

This isn’t the first time DXRacer has manufactured Final Fantasy chairs. Back in 2023, the manufacturer partnered with Square Enix to release a Final Fantasy XVI-themed chair, one of which (along with 15 game codes) was given away through a contest held on X. Following this, the two corporate entities decided to renew their partnership in time for the latest Final Fantasy game and create the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth gaming chair you can fina.

What is Final Fantasy VII Rebirth?

With remakes all the rage these days, it made sense to not only remake Final Fantasy VII but to split it into a bonafide trilogy. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is part two of this trilogy. With the monstrously powerful Sephiroth out to annihilate the world and the Shinra Electric Power Company out to bleed the planet dry of mako energy and turn it into electricity, it’s up to Cloud Strife and his ragtag crew to stop both before it’s too late.

A prequel game, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion was also developed and published.

What is DXRacer?

As you’ve probably seen in many Let’s Play videos on YouTube, DXRacer is mostly known for making money by selling gaming chairs for gamers to sit in, though they also sell office chairs for workers. This isn’t the only time DXRacer has themed a chair after a certain series, since they’ve also got chairs themed around Dead by Daylight, Spy X Family, and even Bananya Cat.
