Israel-Palestine conflict dates back to 1897 from first Zionist congress. It’s been 100+ years and conflict is still unresolved. United Nations, Arab Springs and other nations tried hard to form Palestinian state out of Israel but remain unsuccessful for many reasons. Following this, Balfour agreement in 1917 where British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour expressing British support for the formation of Palestinian state.

However, If we analyze, He’s not taking any sides but want peace for both and as an Israeli nationalism and national interest is not a bad thing i guess.
