Details on The Iron Rig DLC

The trailer shows the game’s protagonist recovering items belonging to the Ironhaven Corporation as well as delivering mutated fish to an Ironhaven scientist. The DLC’s Steam store page explains that players will “gather, craft, and deliver their way through the mysteries of the Iron Rig,” as well as return to old areas in the game to look into “ancient disturbances stirring in the deep” and uncover what Ironhaven’s true agenda is. Players will be able to help the corporation by constructing facilities that give them access to new gadgets, items, and more, but a price will be paid for the progress made.

The new DLC will bring 2-5 hours of content that can be accessed at any time when playing Dredge. Along with the story, a new boat hull and equipment tier, eight new pieces of gear, over 50 new types of fish, researching enhanced versions of certain abilities and 12 new achievements will be included in the new content. The Iron Rig DLC will be dropping anchor on August 15.
